The salary for this position is estimated to be in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Overview

A highly respected Primary Care Organization in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead their team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children and their families, developing and implementing personalized ABA treatment plans that promote positive behavioral change.

This home-based position offers a unique blend of flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. With 6-8 clients per day, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children
  • Conduct ongoing supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on their implementation of ABA procedures
  • Navigate Central Reach Software for collecting and analyzing data
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Clear and active BCBA license in the state of North Carolina
  • Newly certified individuals will be considered
