Job Description

AXA XL is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Leader to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for nurturing and cultivating long-term client relationships with strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and support.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback and market trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in account management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
