VIP Auto LLC is seeking a highly skilled Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of service orders, and maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Service Order Processing: Accurately and efficiently process service orders, ensuring all necessary information is collected and documented.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of service orders.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a service-related role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: ASE certification preferred.
The Service Writer will work in a fast-paced service environment, interacting with customers, technicians, and other team members. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
