Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Meet or exceed sales goals through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
- Store Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs.
- Ensure that all store equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
- Team Management
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure they are meeting customer service and sales goals.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance.
Requirements
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience
- 1+ year of customer-facing employment experience required.
- Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
- Current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC).
