- Resource Management: Oversee the management of resources, including personnel, materials, and supplies, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Safety and Environmental Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, and develop and implement safety and environmental programs to protect employees and the environment.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- People Management: Directly supervise personnel involved in managing operations, developing business opportunities, and maintaining customer service standards.
- Education: High School Diploma and/or actively acquiring Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- Experience: Significant operations and business management experience of at least five years, with personnel supervisory experience using positive employee relations principles and applications.
- Skills: Basic competence with personal computer business applications.
