This electoral cycle is crucial, and we are dedicated to enhancing voter participation and ensuring that every Democratic voter is equipped with an accurate and current voter registration to facilitate their voting process. Our campaign is designed to support Democratic candidates at both local and national levels, and we invite you to join our efforts.

This position offers a valuable chance to develop skills in various areas, including: Leadership, Communication & Advocacy, Community Outreach & Engagement, Campaign Operations, Public Policy, and Social Impact.

Compensation for canvassing roles starts at $20/hour, while leadership roles begin at $22/hour. We provide overtime pay, bonuses for drivers, shift incentives, comprehensive training, sick leave, and referral bonuses. All team members can earn an additional $50 weekly by maintaining a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities of a Canvasser ($20/hr):

  • Interact with the public in a courteous and respectful manner
  • Articulate a persuasive campaign message and gather thorough survey responses from voters
  • Engage in training sessions to enhance outreach techniques
  • Adhere to the campaign's safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and compliance with health guidelines

- Committed to progressive values and promoting democratic engagement

- Excellent communication abilities; enjoys collaborating with others and is enthusiastic about engaging with diverse individuals

- Diligent and motivated to connect with as many community members as possible

- Open to new experiences and eager to develop campaign-related skills

- Culturally aware and capable of engaging respectfully with colleagues and the community

- Previous canvassing experience is not a prerequisite.
