We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician/Non-CDL Driver to join our Tools and Equipment department.
Responsibilities- Execute routine maintenance and repairs for buildings and grounds, addressing both daily and seasonal needs.
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and tools to identify those requiring repair.
- Analyze issues to determine the necessary repairs.
- Perform general repairs that do not necessitate advanced technical expertise.
- Assist with placing supply orders periodically.
- Accurately pull orders from a list, load them securely, and deliver them to job sites consistently.
- Fulfill other related duties as assigned.
- Obtain and maintain a valid medical card.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds at a time.
- Demonstrate the ability to comprehend and follow both oral and written instructions.
- Maintain safety protocols when working with sharp tools or power equipment.
- Adapt to working in various weather conditions and terrains.
- Be prepared for prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Exhibit manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Possess a full range of physical motion necessary to operate both manual and electric power tools effectively.
- Forklift experience is highly preferred.
