Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Strongsville office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to clients via phone and email.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a efficient and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule:

Available shifts include 7am-3:30pm (weekends included) or 3:30pm – 12am (weekends included).

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary of $32-33K + benefits package.
