LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support a large law firm client in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience providing support to attorneys in this practice area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with commercial real estate closings and review title and survey documents
  • Revised and review lease amendments and other documents
  • Organize and maintain files and prepare closing documents
  • Research real property tax and ownership information
  • Manage post-closing process

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Paralegal Certification preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and SoftPro
  • Superior organizational, writing, and communication skills
