Job Summary

BSU Inc. is a dynamic and fast-growing Electronic Manufacturing and Design company seeking a skilled Electronics Test Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic assemblies to ensure quality conformance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and troubleshoot electronic assemblies using various test equipment, including meters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
  • Identify and repair defects in electronic assemblies, including circuit boards and mechanical components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test procedures and protocols.
  • Operate and maintain test equipment, including Flying Probe and AOI board verification test instruments.
  • Recommend improvements to manufacturing test fixtures and processes to drive yield improvement.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with electronics components, including resistors, capacitors, diodes, inductors, transistors, ICs, etc.
  • Ability to read schematics, follow procedures, and apply computer skills and knowledge to resolve technical problems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with detailed troubleshooting and repair of electronic circuit boards.
  • Above-average aptitude in reading schematics and troubleshooting circuits: Analog, Digital, Power Supply, and High Voltage.
Education and Skills
  • Associate Degree in Electronics or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.
