We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Astrix Technology. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing various manufacturing operations in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hands-on operations, including setup, cleaning, and sanitization of manufacturing equipment.
  • Prepare buffers/media according to defined manufacturing procedures and standard operating procedures.
  • Follow GMP documents, including SOPs and MPs, with strict adherence to safety and compliance.
  • Perform and monitor critical processes, with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Perform in-process sampling of equipment and operate analytical equipment.
  • Clean small-scale and large-scale equipment used in production activities.
  • Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
  • Work in a clean room environment, wearing steel toe shoes, full clean room gowning, hairnet, and gloves when performing all work.
  • Initiate quality deviation records.
  • Draft and revise documents, including SOPs and MPs.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions.
  • Assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions.
Requirements:
  • Education background in science (preferred Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's with 4 years of manufacturing/operations experience, or high school diploma/GED with 6 years of manufacturing/operations experience).
  • Experience following a SOP.
  • Experience working in a high change/high volume environment.
  • Manufacturing experience highly preferred.
