About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Precision Machining Expert to join our team at MICROBEST INC.

This is a challenging opportunity for a professional with experience in operating and maintaining CNC machines.

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the precise cutting, drilling, and shaping of materials such as metal, plastic, or wood.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machining Operations: Setup, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
  • Machine Programming: Input or edit machine code using CAD/CAM software to develop and modify programs.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including G-code and M-code knowledge, and understanding of machine setup, calibration, and maintenance.
  • Hands-on Experience: Previous experience working with CNC machines or training programs.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, excellent manual dexterity, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
