Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor for our Total Recycle Division, which is expanding rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of production and operational teams.
  • Assign production tasks to the appropriate teams and individuals.
  • Monitor and record all production activities across shifts.
  • Ensure adherence to D.E.P., OSHA, and D.O.T. regulations.
  • Compile and maintain production reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Conduct inspections of materials and equipment to identify any issues.
  • Train new employees in line with company standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Engage in special projects and additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in production, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with production tools and machinery.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Organizational skills and a drive for success, with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Physical capability to bend, stoop, sit, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 75 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the waste management industry and recycling machinery.
