Position Overview

Company: Koa Restoration & Maintenance

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience starting at $55,000 annually

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Overnight Kitchen Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in managing cleaning teams, training personnel, scheduling shifts, and maintaining inventory. Prior experience in kitchen sanitation is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of kitchen cleaning staff efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are executed according to the specifications outlined in service agreements.
  • Maintain professionalism while fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Address various cleaning requests through communication channels.
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and site evaluations with clients and management.
  • Oversee the upkeep of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate reports and documentation as required.
  • Develop and implement operational methods, procedures, and efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct daily inspections of facilities with the cleaning team.
  • Perform routine checks of maintenance areas and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
  • Complete special assignments as needed.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in facilities management within the janitorial sector.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen cleaning.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated responsibility and capability to inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical, supervisory, time management, project management, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in prioritizing and organizing tasks and projects.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
