Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at IGT. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales efforts, managing sales pipelines, and providing analytical insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders and coordinate logistics for events and sales teams.
  • Support sales teams in pursuit of new business opportunities and manage sales pipelines.
  • Track and maintain hardware build plans, sales contracts, and customer databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and sales collateral.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor information, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Consolidate and maintain sales data for commercial planning, analysis, and forecasting.
  • Provide reporting and analytics to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience in the gaming industry, sports betting, or technology sector.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Experience with SalesForce and project management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Performance-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales operations or business development.
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
