Position Overview:

  • Serve as a communication link between residents and the kitchen, ensuring that all dietary requirements are fulfilled.
  • Utilize departmental software to facilitate patient and retail services.
  • May involve cash handling and responsibilities related to retail café operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit a friendly and efficient demeanor towards residents, colleagues, and patients.
  • Prepare meals and beverages according to established standards.
  • Deliver meals and nutritional supplements to residents as requested.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and designated areas.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of two years in a healthcare food service environment is preferred.
