The Fine Dining Server will provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and efficient meal delivery.
  • Assist with tray setup, loading, and serving, as well as washing and storing dishes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
