Job Summary

Forefront Healthcare & Culinary Services is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant to join our EVS Team at a Senior Living Community in Billings, MT. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily housekeeping services to residents, including cleaning floors, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Closely follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Operate housekeeping equipment and supplies, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning solutions.
  • Remove trash and recyclables, and clean/disinfect waste containers.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, including resident rooms and public spaces.
  • Clean public spaces, including corridors, stairwells, elevators, waiting rooms, and lobby.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping/EVS Manager or designee.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • High school graduate or equivalent education preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting desired.
  • General knowledge of cleaning and infection prevention.
Work Environment

This position requires lifting up to 40 pounds and frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. You will work regularly scheduled shifts, including weekends, holidays, and other hours based on resident needs. You will also participate in required continuing education programs and be subject to odors, falls, burns, and exposure to infectious diseases, waste, blood, and body fluids.
