Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with California's Self Determination Program is required.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills are crucial for success in this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for effective client interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is necessary.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is highly valued.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
