Inside Sales Specialist

About Us:
At Jobot, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Internal Sales Associate to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in collaborating with the National Sales Manager and external sales teams to amplify the sales of our product range. The Internal Sales Associate will engage in extensive communication with partners, clients, and vendors, and may occasionally attend industry events and trade shows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate and sustain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and cold calling.
3. Accurately manage and update client records within the CRM system.
4. Generate and present sales analytics, including forecasts and market trends, to the leadership team.
5. Conduct in-person meetings and presentations at client locations as required.
6. Collaborate with various departments to ensure exceptional customer service and swift issue resolution.
7. Stay informed about industry developments, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
8. Adhere to all relevant regulations and compliance standards.
9. Mentor and support junior sales personnel as necessary.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales environment.
3. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
4. Proficient in CRM systems and sales management.
5. Strong aptitude for cold calling and sales outreach.
6. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
7. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
8. Willingness to travel as needed.
9. Preferred certifications include Series 7, Series 22, Series 63, and Series 66.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
11. Strong analytical capabilities with a problem-solving mindset.
12. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
13. Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
