As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and grooming the product backlog, small projects, enhancements, and bug fixes. You will work closely with our Application Analysis Manager and Product Administrator to ensure the successful implementation of Workday HCM and Financials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Gather and refine complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks, and issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain functional process analysis documentation, including data mapping, process flows, and technical requirements documents.
  • Process Evaluation: Perform technical process evaluation, analysis, and recommend fixes.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Partner with the QA team to support User Acceptance Testing when needed.
  • Go-Live Support: Provide go-live support and immediate post-production support activities as needed.
  • SCRUM Ceremonies: Attend and participate in SCRUM ceremonies with the core Workday team or Project team.

Qualifications:

  • Workday Experience: Have experience, training, or certifications with Workday HCM, Financials, Workforce Management, Time and Attendance, Report Writing, and/or BIRT.
  • Technical Skills: Have experience with workflow analysis, integrations/APIs, and overall ERP System design.
  • Communication Skills: Have excellent team collaboration, delivering results with peers, customers, and vendors.
