About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Client Solutions team at GLG. As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from scoping and setup to execution and delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across multiple teams to deliver high-quality results and achieve commercial targets.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to GLG's compliance standards and company values, protecting the integrity of client engagements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (required).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of post-graduate work experience in client-facing, partnerships, sales, or account management roles.
  • Skills: Demonstrated performance and business judgment in areas such as client service, project execution/management, or networking; and/or business development, relationship management, etc.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Superior communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work responsibly, both independently and collaboratively as needs warrant, in an ever-changing, and fast-paced team environment.
  • Business Acumen: Appreciation for the role data and metrics play in growing a business successfully.
  • Coaching and Feedback: Receptive to close coaching and feedback.
  • Problem-Solving and Creativity: Adaptive mindset showcasing the ability to think creatively about solutions.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work-Life Balance: Willingness to work flexible and extended hours (including evenings, and some holidays) outside of the traditional workday, as needed based on clients' needs.
What We Offer
  • Base Salary: $70,000.
  • Performance-Based Incentive Compensation: Eligible for an uncapped performance-based incentive compensation.
