Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Winter Park is actively seeking a committed and skilled Director of Nursing with a valid Registered Nurse license. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, clinical knowledge, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing:

· Oversee that all nursing personnel deliver care that meets or surpasses organizational and regulatory benchmarks.

· Establish objectives and long-term strategies for the nursing division while directing staffing protocols.

· Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.

· Lead or engage in Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives and multidisciplinary team meetings.

· Execute additional job-related responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications for the Director of Nursing:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Possession of a valid RN license in the state of Florida.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a similar environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Nursing Service Administration.
