Overview
">We are seeking an experienced Employment & Training Case Manager to join our team at Veterans Inc. in Helena, MT.

">About the Job
">As an Employment & Training Case Manager, you will work closely with homeless and at-risk veterans to reintegrate them into meaningful employment. You will be responsible for conducting initial intake and assessments, developing individual training plans, and providing job coaching and resume building services. You will also track and report case management progress, coordinate with funding sources, and conduct outreach activities to market Veterans Inc. programs.

">About You
">We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field. You must have minimum of two years experience in Employment Training, Vocational Rehabilitation, Recruitment, Counseling, Outreach, or related fields. Knowledge of Department of Labor's Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment functions is preferred. You must be able to pass a background records check and have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
