Educational Talent Specialist

KIPP Delta Public Schools is seeking an exceptional Educational Talent Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our schools are staffed with talented and dedicated teachers and support staff.
About the RoleThe Educational Talent Specialist will work closely with school leaders and central office teams to identify and recruit top talent for our schools. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing applicant tracking systems, and providing excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Helena or Blytheville, AR, with occasional travel required for recruitment events and partnerships. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for education, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving results.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our schools
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate records of candidate data
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns
- Work closely with school leaders and central office teams to identify staffing needs and develop solutions
- Travel occasionally to attend recruitment events and build partnerships with educational institutions
- Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years of experience in education or talent management
- Strong knowledge of K-12 education, including high-performing charter schools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to connect with people across various platforms
- Proven track record of outstanding customer service and results-driven achievements
- Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
