We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team at Ascension Seton. As a RN-Med Surg Nurse, you will provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure effective treatment and recovery.
- Monitor and record patient condition, communicating with the healthcare team as needed.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to provide well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure accurate and timely treatment.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing required prior to hire date.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire required.
