Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage appointments, scheduling, and client communication, ensuring seamless coordination with our veterinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including medical history, contact information, and treatment plans.
  • Process payments, handle billing, and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure accurate and efficient communication with clients, including pre- and post-operative instructions, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date on our hospital's procedures, policies, and services, as well as client and patient treatment protocols.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a veterinary reception or client services role, with a strong focus on client relations and communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
