We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Progressive Care Unit Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. Job SummaryThe Acute Care RN - Progressive Care role is responsible for providing direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit, including assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork and communication among colleagues.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
