We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team at Ready Pac Produce, Inc. As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve inventory transactions, including receiving, production, shipping, and inventory management.
  • Monitor and control inventory integrity, resolving issues in a timely manner, including documenting and controlling aged and damaged product, transfer errors, and other inventory inaccuracies.
  • Maintain and deliver inventory accuracy reports for senior management, including daily inventory reports, adjustment reports, and other miscellaneous reports.
  • Provide support on company dump and donations savings programs by reviewing hold locations, reworked product, and extending product shelf life when necessary.
  • Plan and execute month-end inventory audits, managing and fixing outstanding inventory issues, and creating necessary reports.
  • Plan and lead year-end inventory audits, partnering with external auditors and ensuring successful inventory audit completion.
  • Lead and coach inventory control clerical staff on a daily basis, training on job responsibilities, delegating work assignments, and ensuring accurate and efficient work management.
  • Train and support other departments on inventory functions, accuracy, and compliance to inventory programs.
  • Create standard operating procedures for inventory accuracy across all departments.
  • Partner with the Information Technology department to fix system errors, add/delete locations, set up new users, and approve elevated accesses to inventory associates.
  • Support operational supervision staff on projects and saving programs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant work experience, or bachelor's degree in business with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • 4-6 years of related inventory experience preferred; previous manufacturing or distribution center experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; comprehension of basic math.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs numerous times a day.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
