At Premier Global Links, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the efficient flow of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Perform cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Assist in physical inventories and receive materials from vendors and transfers.
  • Issue materials out to subcontractors and adhere to safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize workflow and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Inventory or WMS system experience.
  • Ability to stand and work outdoors for long periods of time.

Work Environment:

This role is based in a warehouse environment and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
