IP Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As an IP Billing Coordinator at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc., you will be responsible for accurately managing and executing billing for our clients. This includes drafting, editing, and preparing pre-bills and final bills per attorney/client specifications, verifying the accuracy of billing and supporting documentation, and ensuring proper rates and fee arrangements are reflected for each matter.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in legal billing, with experience in Intellectual Property billing preferred. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, excellent time management and communication abilities are required.
