Unit Description: The 6B unit is a 40-bed facility providing comprehensive medical care around the clock. It caters to patients requiring acute and chronic medical attention, including a range of conditions such as pneumonia, diabetes management, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The patient demographic primarily includes adults aged 18 and older, with varying health statuses.

Qualifications:
- Active RN License in Delaware or a Compact State
- BSN preferred or commitment to obtain within three years of hire
