Job SummaryWe seek a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager II Abdominal Transplant to lead our team in delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping a positive team environment, ensuring adherence to nursing practices, and promoting patient safety.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and communicate a clear vision for nursing practices within your area of responsibility.
- Involve supervisory and other staff in setting and accomplishing departmental goals.
- Continually update your knowledge base with the latest evidence-backed clinical and leadership practices.
- Foster a healing and supportive environment for patients, families, and fellow staff members.
- Recognize development needs and facilitate educational opportunities for staff members.
- Set a positive example of professionalism within the nursing field and work atmosphere.
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of three years' professional experience is required for this role.
- RN licensed.
- Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days on the job.
- Transplant Nursing experience.
