Technical Support Representative

At GoNetspeed, we're committed to delivering fast and reliable Internet to our communities. As a Technical Support Representative, you'll play a key role in our Network Operations Center, providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document all calls via our trouble ticketing system
  • Communicate complex technical issues to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Respond professionally and proficiently to customer inquiries
  • Perform customer call backs and provide small business customer support
  • Proactively monitor in-service systems and respond to major events
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills
  • Understanding of network technology industry and terminology
