Job Overview

El Concilio California is seeking a highly qualified Preschool/Infant and Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and be able to provide high-quality instruction to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement instructional activities and assessments that meet the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of children.
  • Conduct observations and assessments to inform instruction and ensure student progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and provide updates on student progress.
  • Supervise children during recreational time, nap time, and lunch time.
  • Utilize teaching tools to create an engaging classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Background Check
  • Health Records/Immunizations
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Up-to-date Car Insurance
  • CPR & First Aid with EMSA certification within 60 days of hire

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with an Associates Teacher Permit or higher
  • Minimum of 3 units in Infant & Toddler
