Key Responsibilities:

  • Address guest inquiries, manage reservations and check-ins, coordinate housekeeping, security, and service requests, and resolve any guest issues that arise.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the general manager and department heads.
  • Assist with various bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting tasks as needed.
  • Conduct audits and reconcile all financial records, including cash drawer activities, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy statistics.
  • Ensure that every guest enjoys a pleasant stay.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in computer use is essential; familiarity with reservation and accounting software is preferred.
  • Availability for flexible overnight shifts is required.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
