Job Overview

ZipLiens is a leading lien resolution company that streamlines the lien resolution process for personal injury law firms. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lien Resolution Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and review medical liens to identify opportunities for reductions and resolutions.
  • Research and gather necessary information, including medical records and insurance documentation.
  • Negotiate lien reductions with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all lien resolution activities.
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather required information and provide updates on lien status.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
