Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to join our team at CVS Health. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and leading our pharmacy team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS Health from competitors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve performance in our pharmacies.
  • Lead with heart, displaying empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
  • Motivate and inspire pharmacy support staff to maximize their strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps.
  • Identify critical business opportunities and implement meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance.
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state where employed.
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Pharmacist in charge listed on the pharmacy state license.
  • Submission of required information/documents to the state PMP administrator for PMP access.
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
