Pharmacy Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory management to maintain a high level of patient care.

  • Patient Care: Motivate and inspire pharmacy support staff to adopt and manage patient care programs, promoting healthy outcomes and differentiating CVS from competitors.
  • Leadership: Adapt to change, adjust plans, and thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting, applying acquired knowledge to drive business success.
Requirements:
  • Active Pharmacy License: Hold an active pharmacy license in the state where employed and be listed as the 'pharmacist in charge.'
  • Education: Possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D.
