Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for developing the demand in the marketplace by creating new and maintaining current customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving goals, executing strategic plans, and gaining market share in the flooring industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
  • Promote Hyundai flooring products to retail and distributor customers
  • Prepare and present sales materials and product knowledge
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and prospects
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the flooring industry
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Work Environment:

  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Job requires driving a company vehicle 80% of the time to customers within the territory
  • Some overnight travel may be required depending on business needs
