Administrative Assistant/Receptionist with CPA Firm Expertise

Our CPA firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our professional staff to ensure clients receive the highest quality of service.
- Establish and maintain client and firm coordination to ensure receipt of required information, sign-offs, and payments for work to proceed efficiently and on time.
- Enable the team to focus on accounting by managing and continually improving processes and the workflow of all services.
- Drive the implementation and management of our computerized workflow management system.
- Monitor workflow and report issues, maintaining associated systems in compliance with procedures and processes.
- Anticipate, monitor, and meet the needs of customers, responding to them in an appropriate manner.
- Perform other work-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management with documented procedures and as directed by supervising Accountant.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or CPA firm.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately.
- Organized with strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Passion for working with people and proven experience in a client-facing role.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents and situations critically and efficiently.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Easily adaptable to multiple software programs.
- Proven computer skills, including data and workflow management knowledge.
- Experienced with paperless environments.
- Displays excellent work ethic, can-do attitude, punctuality, initiative, outgoing personality, pro-active, attention to detail, organized, self-motivated, and finishing what you start.
- Financial Services background a plus.
