We are seeking an experienced sales and customer service professional to join our team at Alexan Access in Lynnwood, WA.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $24.00/hour, which includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive, and renewal compensation. Other benefits include medical, dental, vision, and vacation accrual. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for these benefits.

Job Description

The Leasing Consultant role involves interviewing prospective residents, recording information, and qualifying applicants. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated sales and customer service experience, be an effective listener and communicator, and able to work well on a team. This position requires the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interviews prospective residents and records their needs and qualifications.
  • Accompanies prospects to model apartments and discusses the features and benefits of our community.
  • Qualifies prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents, and related paperwork.
  • Completes lease forms and collects rental deposits and application fees.
  • Promotes positive, proactive resident relations and provides a high-quality living experience.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • Able to work weekends and provide excellent customer service.
