Pay Range: $22-26/hr
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to join our professional property management team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for connecting people with their next home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and lead tours for potential renters, showcasing units and community features.

  • Prepare and execute lease agreements while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing laws.

  • Address tenant concerns and service requests professionally and promptly.

  • Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure units are move-in ready.

  • Participate in marketing strategies to attract new tenants.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of leasing or customer service experience.

  • Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with property management software is a plus.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
