  • Invoice Processing: Process all invoices daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and customers, providing payment status updates and resolving any issues.
  • Document Management: File all invoicing and vendor documents neatly and efficiently.
  • Fuel Management: Assist in fuel reporting, build fuel cards, and submit fuel files to third-party carriers.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the transportation team, including building timecards, submitting HR forms, and sending FMLA calendars.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state regulations by preparing licensing documents and filing employee documents.
Requirements
