About the JobThis full-time/part-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in cleaning and janitorial services. You will work primarily indoors but may occasionally work outdoors for grounds keeping and garbage cleanup tasks. Our ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and a team player who can take initiative to complete tasks without being asked.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeep cleaning vacant residential homes, apartments, and offices
Hoarding/trash out cleaning
Organizing supplies and inventory duties
Cleaning common areas in offices, apartments, and buildings
Working in client rooms providing individual services
Working outside for grounds keeping and garbage cleanup tasks

RequirementsValid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to commute/relocate reliably
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of experience in cleaning and janitorial services
Must be able to read, write, and communicate professionally in English
