THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Consultant in Hospitality to join our Travel and Hospitality Consulting Practice.

We require Senior Consultants who can excel within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to clarify requirements and support the delivery of effective solutions; leverage your technical and domain expertise to address core client business challenges; enhance domain knowledge and maintain a thorough understanding of Cognizant's industry propositions; assist in business development initiatives; contribute to practice initiatives or new service offerings; and foster a motivating team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage one or more project workstreams, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to apply technical expertise in solving business challenges.
  • Elevate Cognizant's reputation from a solution provider to a trusted transformation partner.
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of client challenges and align engagements to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Leverage successful project outcomes to deepen client partnerships and assist in their strategic digital transformation.
  • Work collaboratively with Cognizant resources and partners to meet project goals and adapt to client needs.
  • Develop practice capabilities and enhance brand recognition through thought leadership and community engagement.
  • Participate in mentoring and supporting less experienced consultants.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in technology, consulting, or professional services within the relevant industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; progress towards a Master's or MBA is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of core business processes and technology challenges within the industry.
  • Certifications in Agile and SAFe methodologies are preferred.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
