Essential Knowledge & Skills:
- Effective communication abilities across various platforms.
- Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Capability to juggle multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the designated area.
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on results.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience.
- National certification in case management (CCM) is preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role.
