Patient Care Associate

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Patient Care Associate to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide individualized care to patients, working under the direction of our RNs and LPNs. Your primary goal will be to help patients achieve their highest level of wellness.
Responsibilities- Assist in the individualized care of patients to achieve their highest level of wellness.
- Work cooperatively with other team members to achieve group goals.
- Perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to providing care to patients.
- High school diploma, G.E.D, CNA/CPTC, or enrolled in a healthcare career program through their high school curriculum.
- No previous experience required; Mercy will provide a required 175-hour training program for new hires in the state of Missouri.
- BLS certification required within one month of hire.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
