Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our RF Mechanical Team in Tucson, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing RF products, including antennas, circuit card assemblies, radomes, and test equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and analyze RF products using 3D CAD software
  • Create Technical Data Packages (TDPs) using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Develop and implement technical proposals, engineering project estimates, and white papers
  • Lead diverse multidiscipline teams and provide technical oversight
  • Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and training to other employees
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in RF mechanical engineering
  • Experience with Creo Simulate or ANSYS Workbench for preliminary structural and thermal analysis
  • Familiarity with RF Printed Circuit Board (PCB) material stack ups and Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) layout
  • One dimensional tolerance analysis for complex mechanical assemblies
