CAD Operator/Draftsman

At Synergy ECP, we're seeking a skilled CAD Operator/Draftsman to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you'll play a critical role in creating and modifying detailed drawings using CAD hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and revise detailed drawings using CAD software
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design accuracy and conformance to standards
• Contribute to the development of design modifications to facilitate manufacturing operations or product quality
• Work with system management to maintain and store files
• Prepare and log engineering drawings

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• High School Diploma/GED and 5-6 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with MAC OS Systems and experience operating AutoCAD 2021 and 2022
• Experience revising drawings based on instructions from engineers or architects
• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, blueprints, product specifications, and geometric dimensioning tolerance (GD&T)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited technical trade-craft school
• CompTIA certifications such as Network+, A+ or security+
• Experience with SolidWorks

Clearance Required: TS/SCI
